Horncastle Plumbing - Hot Water Repairs Adelaide

Horncastle Plumbing has built a loyal following across Adelaide, with customers returning over years for work that ranges from replacing toilets, taps and bidets to installing hot water systems, clearing blocked sewers and dealing with burst pipes and tree roots in front yards. Punctuality is a recurring theme, with several reviews noting that plumbers arrive when promised and communicate clearly about arrival times, even turning out within an hour for an urgent blocked sewer before a family celebration.

Several accounts describe the work as thorough, efficient and tidy, remarking that mess is cleaned up afterwards and that installations look well finished. Named staff feature prominently: Scott is praised for his patience, transparency and clear explanations, while Maeve and Eafan are singled out for professionalism and calm handling of urgent hot water replacements.

A detail many reviews return to is the fairness of quoting, with customers reporting that the price agreed is the price paid and that advice on efficient options saves money. Expertise is another consistent thread, from checking bidet certifications and upgrading fittings to patiently diagnosing a persistent plumbing fault and setting out the options. First home owners value the willingness to explain processes, and long-standing clients credit the team with friendly service and problem solving across decades of jobs.

Sorry for the late review. Several months ago our gas water heater suddenly stopped working, I called HornCastle for help and the problem was perfectly solved on the second day. Thank Cal for answering my call and thanks to Scott for his professional and efficient replacement work, it was a great help to us, thank you again!

Excellent service! Plumbers from Horncastle Plumbing have visited our home 3 times in the last month - all for different reasons. All plumbers have been polite, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. They are tidy and very respectful. Would definitely recommend!

While today it was merely fixing some taps (green gunk started coming from the taps!!), in the past it's been a Hot Water System replacement, burst pipes in the wall - to digging up my front yard to replace pipes filled with roots - for years Cal and his team have been my go-to. Always friendly plumbers who get the job done! Today Maeve weaved her magic and did a wonderful job.

Scott was kind, genuine, trustworthy, patient, transparent and thorough. Quality in their work and character. Went above and beyond with making sure I understood the processes, particularly as a first home owner without any clue. Thank you and happy to call again for future plumbing needs if needing their service.

Eafan and Maeve from Horncastle are brilliant! I can't thank them enough for responding so quickly to my urgent callout for a HWT replacement. Calm, thorough and professional - I am beyond appreciative.

I'm very happy to provide a 5 star recommendation for Horncastle Plumbing. We have called on Horncastle over the past few years, and have always been very satisfied with their prompt service, professionalism and friendly manner. Recently an annoying and persistent plumbing issue required a patient, problem solving approach. Horncastle explored and explained the problem and the various options for resolving the problem. They were helpful, patient and persistent until the issue was solved. We met 3 different plumbers, all friendly, good humoured and great communicators, their clean up and returning the site to as it was, exceptional. They are a local business, honest, reliable and offer great service, very happy to recommend.

Needed toilet replaced. Arrived very much on time. New install looks great. Tidied own mess ! Job well done. Would highly recommend.
