If you are thinking of calling anyone else.. DON'T BOTHER Carla and Dan are the real deal and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Our old hot water system started leaking badly. I called Carla Monday morning and by 3pm that day Dan had installed our new hot water system at a price we were thrilled with. WOW what service they provide. If you want to deal with ultra nice people that go above and beyond to help you and have your best interest at heart you can't go past Carla and Dan. We can't recommend them highly enough Hot Water Hero's are the best.

Hot Water Heroes were a real pleasure to deal with re our new iStore heat pump hot water system. Carla provided information, a very competitive quote and invoices promptly and efficiently, with Daniel arriving on time, removing our old system, very neatly installing our new heat pump and providing an easy-to-understand explanation of its controls and capabilities. Amazing service from Carla and Dan, clear communication, great support with troubleshooting and plenty of options offered up. Never felt like we were being 'sold' anything. Provided a small temp system to get us by for few days until the install. Install was straight forward without any hassles. Strongly recommend to anyone needing a hot water plumber!! (Replaced 20+ year old hot water system with new heat pump)

Excellent service from Daniel and Carla. They replaced a hot water cylinder on our previous home and I'm pleased to say their quality of service hasn't changed. They are extremely helpful, easy to deal with and very well priced. I would have no hesitation in using them again.
