Hot Water Sunshine Coast and Gympie

Hot Water Sunshine Coast and Gympie draws consistent praise for the speed with which it restores hot water, and reviewers repeatedly note same-day replacements and rapid callouts. Several customers describe phoning in the morning and having a technician on site within hours, including a case where an old leaking unit was assessed, quoted and installed inside a single day. Scott and Darren are named for their efficiency, fault-finding skill and willingness to explain the work, while the advice given before a purchase is described as detailed and well matched to household needs.

Customers mention clear quotes, fair and competitive pricing, and tidy handling of old systems and tricky installation spaces. Solar work features prominently through the Envirosun TS Plus, which one reviewer reports running reliably on solar alone for six months. Reviewers also value after-hours responsiveness, the friendly manner of staff including Sarah, and the range of trades handled on a single visit, from pumps and thermostats to a fuse box breaker. The prevailing theme is a prompt, knowledgeable service that gets households back to hot water without fuss.

Very surprised with SunCity's quick turnaround and pricing. Highly recommend SunCity to any realestate (or property owner) looking for good deals on new hot water systems and to not be ripped off by other companies for urgent hot water system replacements. 5 stars, thanks again team!

It has now been 6 months since SunCity Hotwater installed a Envirosun TS Plus Solar Hot Water system on our roof. SunCity were extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. A very good start. To try the system out, after the initial tank heating up, we turned off the electricity to just let it run on solar. That was 6 months ago, and the two of us have never lacked hot water. We cannot recommend the SunCity Hotwater staff, and the Envirosun system enough. Thanks Guys.

I realised this morning that after 15 years my hot water cylinder was no long working. I didn’t want to be without hot water over the weekend, so got online and found Suncity Hot Water plumbing. Being a local family company I decided to try them and am very pleased that I did. I spoke to Sarah at 8am and in no time their head tech called around ( ringing to tell me he wasn’t far away). I was then waiting for a phone call to see if they had the cylinder I wanted in stock, but in the meantime another tech turned up to get ready for the delivery !!!! New cylinder installed by just after lunch, fantastic service. This was in spite of the cylinder being in a hard to get to area of the house.

Fantastic service and honest competitive pricing. We phoned Sun City Hot Water at 7:30am and their technician arrived at 9am. He removed and disposed of our old system and installed the new one - dealing with a tricky installation space with no fuss. We had hot water back within a few hours. Truly impressive service. Thank you.

I ‘m very impressed with your service. Scott replaced my faulty hot water system within the same day. Darren spent a lot of effort for fault finding the two existing damaged tampering valves and replaced them at no extra cost. If you have a hot water system, look no further than Sun City Hot Water Plumbing. Highly recommended.

Rang these wonderful people on Easter Monday after finding out we had no hot water! Darren was actually working in Brisbane, not thinking he would make it back to the coast in time he said he would be around at 7.30am the next morning, which was appreciated. Well about 2 hours latter Darren calls me and said he was back on the coast and he would come around and help us out...another hour later HWS fixed and hot water ready for showers that night! Can't recommend this company higher...polite, professional and rare! Ken Price Alexandra Headland.

Very impressed with your service. Scott called in on his way to work, looked at my old leaking hot water system, took photos and called me back 20 minutes later with a quote. He was back within the hour with a new one . He was fast, friendly and very efficient. Your prompt and hassle free attention to my need for a new hot water system was outstanding. I will be recommending your firm to all. Many thanks from a satisfied new customer.
