J Dalton Plumbing

Gasfitting, drainage and hot water service work form the backdrop to accounts of this Coffs Harbour operation, where James Dalton is named again and again as the person who turns up. A number of reviews mention his punctuality, with one describing a call ahead to confirm he was on the way and another noting a drawn-out search for a plumber ended within an hour of contact. Faultfinding earns consistent credit: a leak traced through a wall cavity, blocked pipes pinpointed, a Saniflo toilet understood, and a drainage problem previously attended by another tradesman examined from end to end before being set right.

Replacing hot water tanks and installing new systems, at times in heavy rain, comes up often, as do quotations customers judged very fair, including favourable comparisons with earlier bills for comparable work. Small tasks, from a split tap washer to an extra job raised during a visit, were taken on without hesitation. On-site advice is called helpful, and the manner is described as friendly, honest and hardworking.

I needed a Plumber today. I rang James of Dalton Plumbing who I have rang before he was here on time & as always done a great job

Had the pleasure of having James attend our place this morning, on time - exactly when he said he would be there, friendly service and a quick fix with helpful advice. Highly recommend!

Great service, always calls back if you leave a message. Has come out for two emergencies and hasn't charged the earth! Definitely recommend.

Had a drainage issue 2 years ago another plumber "fixed". It's happened again, James came out and went from end to end to make sure he properly identified the issue and fixed for us. Thorough, prompt and professional. Did the job right. So pleased.

Prompt and efficient service in fixing my gas hot water issues. Highly recommend J Dalton Plumbing, thanks very much James.

We had water emanating from a wall cavity that had several potential sources. Possible horror story. With some very efficient faultfinding James found the source (no horrors afterall) and then also fixed a leaky HWS and replaced a split tap washer while he was at it. Efficient, professional and friendly. Thanks again James. Highly recommend.

James was professional and friendly, fit us in at short notice and came up with a solution to an annoying problem very quickly and even did another job that was sprung on him while he was already here without any hesitation. Great work and a reasonable price, and done fast. Would definitely recommend. Thanks James!
