Have had Melbourne Plumbing and Gas do some work at a few properties over the past couple of years. Always an excellent experience all around from booking in the jobs with Crystal all the way through to the work being done by the members of the team in Rowan, Reece, Jae and Jarrod. Very happy with the service provided by Reece from Melbourne Plumbing and Gas. The pump that connects our water tank to our washing machine had stopped working and Melbourne Plumbing and Gas sent Reece the day after our call. Reece was pretty sure the pump was at the end of its life, but, at my request, he took it apart and cleaned it thoroughly. The pump had indeed burnt out but Melbourne Plumbing and Gas organised a replacement in twenty-four hours and Reece came back to install it. So pleased that we can use our washing machine again, and Reece was fantastic with his work and communication. And so cheerful! We really appreciated that he took the time to clean up as well. Thank you, Reece, and keep singing while you work!
