Service Review The hot water system in my rental property kept going out after being lit. It would repeatedly ignite and then shut off again, and eventually there was no hot water at all, which caused a lot of inconvenience for my tenant. I was very anxious at the time. When Shane arrived, he quickly diagnosed that the issue was a faulty control valve in the hot water system. He replaced the valve along with some related parts. He worked diligently until 6:30 PM to ensure the problem was fully resolved. Throughout the entire repair process, Shane communicated with me promptly and kept me updated on the progress. This was a great help and provided reassurance during a stressful situation. I am very grateful for Shane’s professional, patient, and responsible service attitude, and I especially appreciate the time he took to make sure the issue was completely fixed. I am so satisfied with this service and sincerely recommend him to anyone in need! Thank you very much, Shane! 👍

Shane was prompt and reliable for a Saturday when I had a water leak. Gave a reasonable call out fee vs others I called. Even gave me a temporary fix so he didn’t overcharge me and came back first thing Monday to fix it in regular hours. Happy with the result
