Overall, I couldn't be happier with the service from Seamus. He replaced our hot water system without any issues and made the whole process incredibly easy. He took the time to explain each step, showed me photos of what needed to be done, and even provided before-and-after photos so I could see exactly what had been completed. Seamus was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely just a great bloke to deal with. There were no hidden costs or surprises, and I've honestly never had a tradie clean up after themselves as thoroughly as he did. If you're looking for someone who's honest, skilled, and takes real pride in their work, I couldn't recommend Seamus highly enough.

Conrad was very courteous, friendly and explained all aspects of each job. He understood our finacial status and was not pushy as we could only do yhe jobs one by one. His job ethics were excellent. Cleaned up after finishing and showed me what he had done.

Photo ; new system. Service is of high quality for all my requirements plus additional needs on inspection of other water systems eg. stop tap, flex lead. Highly recommended We even enjoy the new toilet arrangement comparing over what we had their previous.

Daimon arrived at the agreed time and did a very thorough job (N5051 in Fletcher) of clearing the blocked drain. He kept me informed about the situation as he worked through it, and provided options for long-term solutions. Very professional and effective service to recommend to anyone.

N4959. Jack was very polite, knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. He is definitely an asset to Reactive Plumbing. He explained everything in detail but simple enough for me to understand and know what needed to be done. Jack and Damien did a great job. The communication was great regarding times and I would recommend Reactive for any plumbing issue.

DO NOT ENGAGE!!! We paid a premium to fix a problem, the issue was not resolved. Rubbish left in the yard, including used sewage gloves and black plastic (photos below). They broke the front sprinkler system and left the fence they removed unattached. The worst part; they didn’t have the correct paperwork in place and wanted to amend it after the job had been completed. Red flags all over this company. After all of this, I asked them to quote to fix the second part of the job, they are almost double a competitors price. They will not email quotes, no breakdown of the quote; labour, parts etc. Photos of rubbish, broken sprinkler and fences not reinstalled. *funniest part of the whole thing is they send a thankyou card and a gift voucher for secondary work. I’m paying for my own gift voucher - just don’t bill me for the same amount!! Do not recommend.

We would like to thank Jack for all of his help and support fixing an underground leak at our property(N4742) Jesmond. Jack was very professional and friendly throughout the whole process.
