I can't rate this business high enough. The plumber who fixed the issue was very knowledgeable & lovely, along with the office staff I dealt with, especially when I asked for the plumber to come back out to re-check everything was ok. I'll definitely be using them again

Couldn’t be happier with the service. I had a leaking tap (on a Sunday) and they were at my place within the hour. Super professional, explained everything clearly, and fixed the problem. Great communication and excellent customer service. Would definitely use them again! Highly recommend if you need a reliable plumber. ☺️

First time I have used this Company, the plumber that I have been using for the past 3 years is not returning my messages. However, this young man named Blake from Richmond Plumbing and Drainage came out on time, he was so polite discussed a few things with me regarding the taps. Blake cleaned up so well. Really happy with the service. Will be using this Company again.
