Soul Plumbing Services

Soul Plumbing Services draws consistent praise from reviewers for its rapid response and efficient handling of urgent jobs. Customers describe calling late in the day or on short notice and having a plumber arrive within hours, with problems such as burst pipes, seized taps and blocked drains diagnosed and repaired quickly, often in well under an hour. Several reviewers name Sam, Tate and Ben, highlighting their punctuality, politeness and willingness to explain what caused the issue and how to prevent it recurring.

A theme running through the feedback is the combination of clear upfront pricing with skilled workmanship; customers note they were quoted a price and time before the job began and found the final cost fair. The team's communication before and after visits is mentioned repeatedly, including follow-up advice on appliance care and drain maintenance.

Reviewers also value the tidy, no-fuss approach, describing the process as smooth and stress-free, with staff listening to the customer's own diagnosis before starting. Work spans drainage, gas fitting and hot water systems across Brisbane, from leaking taps and bathroom repairs to blocked drains and emergency call-outs. Long-standing clients note they keep returning and refer the business to others, citing its dependable, down-to-earth manner and the care taken to leave each property in order.
