SPS Plumbers

SPS Plumbers holds a 4.7 average from 388 reviews. Reviewers describe toilet and bathroom leak repairs, washing machine installation, and gas hot water system troubleshooting, generally with same-day response. One reviewer felt a charge of just over $1,000 for a roughly ten-minute repair on a Sunday was steep, though most other reviews describe reasonable, market-rate pricing. Overall the feedback points to a responsive plumbing business with some variability in perceived value for money.

Exceptional experience with Alan. He arrived, promptly assessed my problem and offered me multiple options at realistic prices. The work was completed quickly and efficiently and within 1 hour my issue was solved and my toilet was in functioning order again. Very grateful and happy to have found a great plumber!

Came out quickly the same day and were able to work out the problem with my continuous flow gas hot water system very easily. Really friendly guy, and was clear on the costs. Very helpful on a Saturday!

Daniel did our washing machine installation. He was quick and efficient, got everything sorted within the hour! Would recommend 10/10 Price is per market rate, so all good there too.

I called SPS for help, as the online reviews were positive. Booking our job was very simple, and they turned up on time. Alan was very knowledgeable and a great communicator. He addressed all of our issues quickly and efficiently. The charge was very reasonable and represented great value. I highly recommend them and will certainly use them again in the future. Thanks Alan.

Leva from customer support was very clear and helpful in organising the trades appointment and Daniel promptly assessed the issue and provided quote with a follow-up call to help understand the quote. Overall very happy with the interaction and professionalism. Thanks Leva and Daniel.
