1st Choice Hot Water

Would give less than 1 star if I could. Took hours to get the correct quote, when I did finally get a quote the price had gone up $265 on the system. This represents over 30% increase. Could not honour the previous price from less than an hour ago and pre me getting the quote. Thanks for wasting my time.

Our instantaneous gas hot water system broke last weekend. Monday morning I rang 1st Choice and spoke to Keith which he was very helpful. Had a quote to me within 10 minutes of speaking with him. Accepted the quote and had the gas unit delivered that morning. Then their plumber came out that afternoon to install. I don't remember this employees name but he was friendly, courteous and efficient. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

1st Choice saved the day for me. After getting the run around with another company and needing my hot water system urgently disconnected and moved temporarily. I cannot speak highly enough of Leanne and the team at 1st Choice Hot Water. After my existing hot water system broke on a Saturday, I was feverishing ringing companies on the Monday to try and get a new system supplied and installed asap. All companies, bar 1st Choice, did not get back to me until the end of the day, and when they did I was unable to get a new hot water system installed until the following week. Enter Leanne, my saviour! She not only provided me with a quote for a supply and install within the hour, for a cost significantly less than other companies, but was able to get someone out to install it first thing the following morning. The unit itself was delivered at 7:00am and the plumber was here early at 7:30am to install. The unit is so far working perfectly. I cannot recommend this company enough.
