1st Choice Hot Water

1st Choice Hot Water is based in Meadowbrook, in Brisbane's Logan region, and holds a 4.8 average from 427 reviews. As a hot-water specialist, reviewers describe same-day quoting, delivery and installation, sometimes within two hours of ordering, and clear phone-based advice.

One reviewer described frustration when a phone quote rose by around 30 percent before installation, though this appears to be an isolated case among otherwise strongly positive reviews. Overall the business is well-regarded for speed and value on hot water replacement.

Would give less than 1 star if I could. Took hours to get the correct quote, when I did finally get a quote the price had gone up $265 on the system. This represents over 30% increase. Could not honour the previous price from less than an hour ago and pre me getting the quote. Thanks for wasting my time.

Extremely helpful over the phone with clear, honest advice and a very competitive price. I placed my order in the morning and it arrived just after lunch—fantastic service! Couldn’t be happier.

I can not speak highly enough of Keith and resolving our hot water dilemma. He was really busy but managed to get it sorted much sooner that expected and at such good value!! He's so friendly and upfront, by far the best of 3 quotes!!!

Our instantaneous gas hot water system broke last weekend. Monday morning I rang 1st Choice and spoke to Keith which he was very helpful. Had a quote to me within 10 minutes of speaking with him. Accepted the quote and had the gas unit delivered that morning. Then their plumber came out that afternoon to install. I don't remember this employees name but he was friendly, courteous and efficient. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

1st Choice saved the day for me. After getting the run around with another company and needing my hot water system urgently disconnected and moved temporarily. I contacted this business and was met with friendly service, no gimmicks quotations and they were at my house within the hour. I cannot thank you enough for providing a phenomenal service today ❤️

Great product great service, ordered Sat. late am pre Aussie long weekend and confirmed free delivery (even though outside Metro area).Delivered safe and sound immediately after long weekend on Tuesday mid am, installed and hot water supplied mid pm, thanks 1st Choice

I cannot speak highly enough of Leanne and the team at 1st Choice Hot Water. After my existing hot water system broke on a Saturday, I was feverishing ringing companies on the Monday to try and get a new system supplied and installed asap. All companies, bar 1st Choice, did not get back to me until the end of the day, and when they did I was unable to get a new hot water system installed until the following week. Enter Leanne, my saviour! She not only provided me with a quote for a supply and install within the hour, for a cost significantly less than other companies, but was able to get someone out to install it first thing the following morning. The unit itself was delivered at 7:00am and the plumber was here early at 7:30am to install. The unit is so far working perfectly. I cannot recommend this company enough.
