Great service. It was a very complex job (replacement of a collapsed wastewater tank, pump etc.) and Shane arranged it and had it done within a very short timeframe! Great to deal with.

Lucas plumbing has tried to rip off my restaurant multiple times. They tried to charge me $600 just to find a fault within their newly installed hot water system (less than one year old), not even to fix the issue. We hired a different plumber who charged $140 to fix the problem which was that the pilot needed cleaning. Would not recommend if you’re looking to get the job done

Excellent service all round. Adam turned up when he said, provided excellent advice, gave us a range of options then provided a very reasonable quote. Ordered hotplate and fitted within a few days with no fuss. Would fully recommend Lucas Plumbing based on this experience

Shane and his team have been nothing but amazing. They previously worked with us on our first restaurant years ago, so when we opened our new restaurant, we didn’t hesitate to contact them again. Their workmanship, professionalism, and customer service have been outstanding from start to finish. We truly appreciate their attention to detail and dedication, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and reliable service.

Highly not recommended in an urgency situations. It felt like the pricing took advantage of the customer's urgency rather than offering fair price. The plumber also insisted to do a separate "diagnosis" either though the leaking pipe was already obvious so they can charge extra $200.

I have used Lucas Plumbing & Gas Solutions a couple of times now and each time they have provided excellent service and reasonably priced. Staff are always on time, courteous and clean up after they finish. Tyson and Orlando did great work on my last job. I have no hesitation in recommending them and will use them again in the future.

After calling Lucas Plumbing and making an appointment for tomorrow they called back and offered to come today instead. Adam arrived on time and was very friendly and informative right from the start He explained every step and had our underbench sink reinstalled in very little time Cleanup was excellent and he was gone in under an hour with the job completed 100% happy to recommend this company to anyone who needs a plumber Thanks Adam
