Master Flush Plumbing

Households contending with burst water tanks, dripping taps and failed hot water systems across Sydney describe a plumbing team that keeps its word. Sam and Adam feature by name in feedback, with customers consistently portraying both as courteous and keen to talk through each stage of a repair. Transparent quoting recurs as a theme: the figure, parts included, is set out before any work starts, and a range of approaches at differing costs is offered so a choice can be weighed. Attendance is another point that comes up often, with scheduled visits honoured and updates sent before arrival.

Quick response is evident too, from an urgent hot water unit installed the day it was requested to a leaking tap dealt with in short order. Several reviewers remark that the site is left clean and that faults are pinpointed and remedied without delay. Emergency callouts, routine repairs and larger plumbing projects all appear in the accounts, and one customer records that a required completion date was achieved. What lingers is a sense of a business that keeps customers informed from the first call to the final check.

Sam helped me unblock my toilet on an urgent request. He provided a quote before carrying out the job and resolved the blockage the same day. A few days later, Sam came out and conducted an overall plumbing health check for my entire house, making recommendations to fix some potential problems. Sam presented himself as knowledgeable and courteous. I will definitely use him again in future.

Highly recommend! Adam came to fix a leaking tap and had it sorted out very quickly. He was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working perfectly. Very happy with the service and would definitely use them again :)

Wonderful workers. Very kind and caring. Arrived in on time. No messy about. Most thankful.

Love the work Sam did for my new Rinnai water heater. Work was done quickly and professionally and to top off, it came with a smile. Check out the copper work. If have a hot water problem…buzz Sam.

The guys did a great job fixing the sink and a blocked bathroom drain, fast and professional.

Sam has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Super clear communication and very transparent with the entire process. We’ve been working with Sam for a month and no complaints!
