My building manager had rereferred Plumbing Central to me. I was in a panic as my shower would not drain this morning and I needed to get to work asap. The office moved their schedule around to fit me in. I had Mohammed and Nick attend. Omar from Plumbing Central came to fix some drainage problems I was having in my apartment. Besides the problems being fixed, when Omar left it was as if he hadn't been here. No water on the floor and no mess left anywhere. Omar was meticulous in doing the work required and explained everything to me. He was extremely polite and well mannered and is a credit to company he works for.

They not only replaced my vanity but helped me pick such a beautiful bench top, sink and tap to go with it. Such simple changes have become a statement piece, I couldn’t be more happier. Amazing experience. Mohamed and Ahmad came with state of the art camera to find where the leak was coming from ensuring minimal damage to my property. Thank You to Bill and his team for installing my new toilet and disposing of the old one asap. The office staff were helpful and friendly, they had the specific toilet and bidet I wanted delivered the next day once I approved the quote. Your technicians did not mess around, they came and got the job done. They were very polite, wore shoe covers and even cleaned the whole bathroom floor leaving everything immaculate. Thank God or else I wouldn’t hear the end of it from my wife as she mopped the whole house the same morning. Great work guys, will definitely be using your team again.
