Plumbing Central Sydney

Residential bathrooms, blocked drains and sewer lines form the bulk of the work described for this Alexandria plumbing business, with reviewers recounting toilet and bidet installations, basement drainage repairs and clearance of blocked sewer drains carried out from start to finish. Punctuality and reliability emerge as consistent strengths, with technicians arriving when expected and working through problems properly rather than taking shortcuts.

An observation shared by more than one reviewer is communication, both from office staff who rearranged schedules to fit urgent call-outs and from plumbers who explained the work as it progressed. Named team members including Bill, Mohamad, Ahmed, Omar, Nick and Christy are singled out for knowledge, politeness and willingness to answer questions, and the same names recur across multiple accounts. Tidiness is another recurring theme, with shoe covers worn, floors cleaned and bathrooms left as if no one had been there.

Honest, fair pricing that matched the approved quote is frequently noted, and reviewers frequently point to that serious drainage issues leaking onto a car park were diagnosed and fixed quickly. Gasfitting, drainage and roofing capabilities appear in the range of jobs described, from emergency sewer blockages to planned fixture replacements. Repeat contact with the same business, including work carried out across a building over time, is a common feature of the accounts.

Really great customer service, efficient, very helpful and caring. I highly recommend to anyone for speedy resolve. Attended to clear blocked sewer drain. Very professional.

Bill was excellent! He arrived on time, was very polite, and took the time to make sure everything was done properly. His experience really shows. I’ve also worked with other people from this company before, as they often work at my building, and they’ve always been professional, reliable, and easy to communicate with. I’m very happy with their service and highly recommend them!

My building manager had rereferred Plumbing Central to me. I was in a panic as my shower would not drain this morning and I needed to get to work asap. The office moved their schedule around to fit me in. I had Mohammed and Nick attend. Both were very knowledgeable and they gave me an honest price for repairs, which I highly appreciate. 👍 Thanks Team!

Omar from Plumbing Central came to fix some drainage problems I was having in my apartment. Besides the problems being fixed, when Omar left it was as if he hadn't been here. No water on the floor and no mess left anywhere. Omar was meticulous in doing the work required and explained everything to me. He was extremely polite and well mannered and is a credit to company he works for.

I had the best experience with Mohammed and Anthony! My bathroom looks absolutely different now and I am inlove. They not only replaced my vanity but helped me pick such a beautiful bench top, sink and tap to go with it. Such simple changes have become a statement piece, I couldn’t be more happier. I highly recommend plumbing central, it was such a smooth process with these guys!

Amazing experience. Mohamed and Ahmad came with state of the art camera to find where the leak was coming from ensuring minimal damage to my property. They were able to find the source of the leak and repaired it on the spot. The boys looked very professional, knowledgeable and their mannerisms where second to none. Highly recommend

Thank You to Bill and his team for installing my new toilet and disposing of the old one asap. The office staff were helpful and friendly, they had the specific toilet and bidet I wanted delivered the next day once I approved the quote. Your technicians did not mess around, they came and got the job done. They were very polite, wore shoe covers and even cleaned the whole bathroom floor leaving everything immaculate. Thank God or else I wouldn’t hear the end of it from my wife as she mopped the whole house the same morning. Great work guys, will definitely be using your team again.
