Melbourne Plumbing Co

Stormwater plumbing, hot water systems and drainage work feature prominently in feedback from Essendon and surrounding Melbourne suburbs, where this team is repeatedly described as prompt and well organised from the first call through to final cleanup. Several customers recount engaging the company for a full stormwater refresh or a hot water system replacement, noting that quotes were competitive and that every item listed was completed without surprises.

Punctuality comes up often, with reviewers describing plumbers arriving when they said they would, including one account of an urgent midnight call answered warmly and attended the following morning. Named staff earn consistent mention: Melanie for responsive front desk communication, Christian and Sam for coordinating and completing a hot water replacement quickly, Wayne for dependable repeat visits, and Aaron for explaining each step, testing for leaks and cleaning up afterwards.

The standard of workmanship is described as high, whether the task is a burst main, a sink installation, a fridge water hookup or washing machine connections. Customers also value the advice offered, such as a recommendation to fit a pressure reducer that resolved noisy tap issues. Fair, reasonable pricing and thorough, friendly service are themes running through the accounts, with many stating they would call again for future plumbing projects.
