Neighborhood Plumbers Melbourne | Blocked Drains | Gas leak | Water Leak | Hot Water Unit | Emergency Plumber

Gas leak response and hot water unit work feature prominently in accounts of this Melbourne plumber, alongside bathroom renovation, blocked drains and gas fitting. Ahmed is named for attending promptly after a leak was reported, running thorough safety checks and settling the matter in a way that left the household at ease.

A point made in several accounts is punctual attendance and plain explanations given before, during and after each job, with Adam credited for resolving two separate problems faster than anticipated and describing what each task involved. Recurring bathroom leaks that other trades had been unable to repair were dealt with fully, and adjacent fittings were inspected for further trouble at the same time. Zach and Noah drew praise for extracting a cumbersome old gas heater from an attic, cutting it up for removal and fitting a Braemar gas unit in its place, while Sam and Rob replaced a tap and a leaking pipe politely and within schedule.

Fadi and Amir were noted for walking the household through progress at every stage. Gas safety checks ahead of a kitchen renovation, an extra kitchen sink faucet and a water heater replacement organised for the following morning all attracted thanks for cleanliness, reasonable charges and patient advice on operating the new unit.

Great service from Zach and Noah who came out and removed my old gas heater unit that was still in the attic even though my old heater was very heavy large they got it out and cut it up to throw it away. A great pair of workers plumbers very friendly too. The new unit is good too I got a Braemar gas unit installed and works fine. Yes I definitely recommend Neighborhood Plumbing.

Can not recommend this business more. The professionalism, detail to attention and respectful polite service is unlike any other trade business I’ve ever welcomed into my home. This morning I was greeted by Fadi and Amir and their work and attention to detail had me astounded. They would call me out to explain what they were doing and why and show me the progress every step of the way. Their mannerism is unlike other tradies; they were the sweetest men ever. Please call Neighbourhood Plumbing; you will not be disappointed. 10/10
