Would not recommend... Jared came out on 31 Jul 2026, spent some time with the machine to try to figure out the issue. Jared admitted he has limited knowledge with older style commercial dishwashers, analyzed that the timer and or the solenoid valve may require replacing but a new replacement machine was better, told us that this analysis plus recommendation to follow in the form of a replacement option and a repair option, the total of this job would amount to $450 and that it has to be paid instantly. I asked him to consider a discount as provided service was no value to me and he rejected. A full service emergency plumber and fees are justified and he will follow up with repair and replacement recommendations. I expressed I was frustrated but I had to take responsibility for calling a first time plumber and undertook to pay the invoice next Friday. Sure the machine is old but the fact that I called for a repair instead of a new quote is because I actually want to repair it. I don't need an emergency technician to give me a replacement quote..... Jared said he is an emergency plumber and your costing is higher reflecting the nature and that justifies price by providing good full service in way of providing both a replacement machine quote and a repair cost. Well, as of today, we have done our part in paying our invoice but it has been a week after the job and no follow up. I am now beyond disappointed with their service. Meanwhile, my handy friend with some automobile mechanic experience, has found that the solenoid valve is deformed and replaced this for a perfect repair. The full fix was $75 for the solenoid part and 30 min labour by my friend. Even without guarantees, this was what I was wanting off a professional plumber before we give up and consider a new machine replacement. Now I am just simply disappointed in Botanical and feel that I have been ripped off. I run a business too and understand you have to cover your costs. However no sympathy or discount was given to services that gave me nothing.

Ryan and Brayden came out and did a fantastic job with a attention to detail and clean we are very happy with the work done and we would surely recommend these guys to anyone anywhere anytime

I recommend Botanical Plumbing. Jacob was knowledgeable, helpful and explained everything so I had options and control over what I wanted. I am very happy with the results. Under sink plumbing and a gorgeous new fancy tap. His honesty in his dealings is very rare these days.
