Jai, Thomas and Ryan. Came and installed our new Heat pump water heater. What a wonderful team. Explained everything that was done and could be done. Plus Jared and Keeley came and quoted. All fantastic customer service. Highly recommend and will call again for all repairs.

I required a few minor bathroom repairs. I contacted Ken Hall and received a next day appointment. The representative who booked the appointment was fantastic. Very polite and enthusiastic. The technician (Noah) arrived on time. He was professional and extremely personable. He clearly explained everything he intended to do and I was very pleased with the quality and cost. Throughout this experience, I got the impression that Ken Hall values their customers and the work they do. I highly recommend Ken Hall and Noah, and would happily use them again in the future.

Update : 24/7 Once again, absolutely brilliant service from the team at ken hall. From Jason visiting to work out the correct systems and his after sales service and follow ups. Jaydn with his amazing knowledge and installation skills. Lastly Beth and Christie for their help over the phone. I now have two new split system air conditioners which are working great. No more cold mornings for me. Anyone who needs help with their heating and cooling needs should give the team at Ken Hall a go. Fantastic! Jason and Jaydn have been exceptional, professional and show empathy at my situation. They have worked a replacement heating and cooling solution for my needs and budget. I can’t thank them enough. Wade was a great technician, fixed an ongoing problem other landlord plumbers constantly failed to fix properly/thoroughly which had now become an emergency in the form of a completely unstoppable running tap, from both the spout and coming from behind the hot tap handle. Wade took the after hours job on a Sunday evening, arrived as quick as possible, quickly identified the issue, thoroughly addressed/fixed the root cause, finish was quality (per picture, excuse my mess). If Wade is the standard, Ken Hall is a premium plumbing service.....but if you're up Northern suburbs way definitely ask for Wade by name if contacting Ken Hall Plumbing. Having seen his work personally, and having spoken with him, genuine bloke and trustworthy.

Ken Hall sent Tom out to help us with some issues we'd been having with our sump pump. Tom's service was prompt and professional - we ended up not only replacing the sump pump with a better, workable solution, but also helping us out with additional work replacing taps and a showerhead in our ensuite. Whilst on the pricier side when compared to others, we recognize we're paying for convenience and speed!! Ken Hall responded same day, whereas all others we called were going to be a weeks wait.

Bradley was a very pleasant and very prompt , he quickly diagnosed the problem & found the fault. Quoted the price to replace the worn out switch assembly & had one in his van , he didn’t try to upswell the job but he did advise me on what I will need upgrade in the near future as most of the circuit breakers are outdated & due for replacement he was surprisingly quick & I will ask for him again when we are ready to upgrade the switch box , my dogs liked him so he must have a great character

David arrived promptly to give me a quote to service my gas space heater. I was surprised and happy at how quickly he arrived, and explained the cost thoroughly. I thought it a bit pricey but was anxious for the work to be done. David was very pleasant, efficient and tidy and I was very happy with his work. I would certainly recommend him.
