Mr Emergency Plumbing Ballarat

Serviceman came out. Didn't touch or look at my air conditioning unit. Just gave me 2 alternatives for service. Could have done that on phone without paying $141 for a quote. Never recieved the written quotes via email as they said. Really poor service

$141 to attend and look, not called out, just attending the next day. Then $890 to have a light switch changed. Fell over at the price.

I called Mr emergency to help in fixing a toilet that a different plumber installed, I was told they don't work on other peoples work and that they couldn't help me. I was confused given that my toilet was leaking and this is supposed to be an emergency plumbing business 🤷‍♂️ Toilet problem got resolved without their help so all is good now anyway

AVOID AT ALL COST! We had an emergency water leak in our roof. Eventually managed to get onto these guys after trying multiple other plumbers. They wouldn't do anything without a callout fee of $141.90, mind you this wasn't a holiday, outside normal business hours or a weekend. They sent a nice enough guy from Metropolitan Plumbing(weird) who charged $1149! to reposition and seal two roof tiles than had slid down. Nearly $1300 for a less than half hour job from the time he arrived to when he left. Now trying to get a report he said he would send, and I still haven't received anything after 4 emails and 2 phone calls! Customer service is useless. Absolute horrendous rip off! Like a said, AVOID AT ALL COST!

None of these 5 star reviews sound real, was quoted $1040 to replace a faulty frost valve, it’s a $70 part. Do not call these rip off merchants.

It is horrible experience. Paid $141 call out fee for the "repairman" just for coming to check the hot water system. And the guy come and check for 10 minutes, then spend more than half hour to prepare the quota to replace the 20 litre gas continuous flow hot water for more than $6000, this is un-reasonable over price, not long ago my friend just replace his same hot water system by another plumber for less than $2000.

They did an excellent job clearing a stubborn drain clog. Their methods were effective, and the plumber ensured that the drain was completely clear before finishing the job. Great service!
