These guys are pure geniuses. There level of knowledge is second to none. I cannot recommend pure electric enough. I have been around the solar industry since 2014 and these guys are by far the most knowledgeable and there process is seamless. #solar gods

From start to finish provided best in class service and sharing of knowledge with all things solar and battery technology. Instal went smoothly and ahead of schedule. Could not be happier with the savings and setup quoted from Pure electric. Experienced first grid outage recently and have never been so excited to lose power as home stayed powered on from battery and did not even lose internet while wfh. Tesla powerwall 3 with expansion pack and 26 Jinko solar panels.

Pure Electric replace my old gas storage hot water unit with a new Sanden heat pump hot water system at my property. Their communications before the installation were clear and comprehensive, they laid out the various options in terms of placement of the unit, their rates were very reasonable (significantly lower than the quote I received from elsewhere for gas instantaneous installation), and on the day the installers were professional and extremely efficient (the whole removal of the old unit and installation of the new unit happened 8am-2pm). If I were electrifying more parts of my house in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to go with Pure Electric again.

I had a Daikin 3.5kW system installed by Pure Electric, and I’m extremely happy with their service. The install team were kind, professional, and very tidy — they did a clean install and carefully filled any gaps to prevent draughts. Tom (the salesman) was fantastic, explaining everything and helping me understand what size system would suit my room. I felt supported throughout the process. The Daikin system is working beautifully, and I’m so glad I chose this team!

My Sanden heat pump hot water system wasn't working. I called Pure Electric to book a service to fix and spoke to Matthew directly. He asked me for an error code and then sent me a link with step-by-step instructions to fix it myself. Didn't cost me a cent. Fantastic customer service! I don't normally leave reviews but I felt I had to!
