SA Hot Water

Hot water replacement and installation work across Adelaide is what this team handles, and the feedback gathered from customers reflects a process that runs smoothly from the first enquiry to commissioning. Speed of response stands out, with a technician or plumber turning up either the same day or the next morning after a call, and faulty units or ageing gravity fed systems diagnosed and repaired rather than replaced unnecessarily.

Customers note that communication remains clear throughout, that questions are answered, and that honest advice is given on the options available, including heat pump and solar systems and work on Bosch flow through units. Staff members Lyn and Dave are singled out for the way they stayed in touch and kept an eye on the finer points of each job. Installations are described as quick, tidy and finished inside a day, with replacement systems running without fault afterwards. Pricing is judged fair given the honesty and expertise on show, and satisfaction comes through in how both completed work and breakdowns of existing systems were managed.

I rang SA Hot Water yesterday and had a technician at my house 9.45am the next morning to repair my BOSCH Flow through hot water system. The technician did a fabulous job and I was happy with the price. I can certainly recommend their services.

They installed the last hot water system over 16 years ago which finally broke down; I had no reason not to get a quote for the new one. The price, delivery & installation was great again. Highly recommend.
