24 Hour Melbourne Plumber

Melbourne customers frequently describe this plumbing service as responsive and well organised, with several noting that calls are answered and returned promptly when urgent work is needed. Roof leaks, blocked drains, leaking sinks and hot water repairs recur across the accounts, alongside gasfitting and general maintenance. More than one review highlights punctuality, with arrivals confirmed in advance and tradespeople turning up when promised.

Communication stands out: explanations of the cause of a problem and of the work required are given in plain terms, both before and after the job, and progress is tracked so that customers are not left wondering. Named staff such as Hamza, Kristian, Angus, Harry, Aaron, Jordan and Michael are singled out for friendliness, patience and evident pride in their craftsmanship.

The quality of the finished work is described as careful and thorough, with leaks traced properly and repairs completed without cutting corners. Pricing is characterised as fair and transparent, and in one instance the quoted solution was found to be the most economical available. Tidiness after completion is also noted, with work areas left clean. The range of tasks covers appliance repair, bathroom renovation, drainage, gutters and gasfitting, and the same names are requested again for future jobs.

Couldn’t ask for a better bathroom renovation experience. The tradies were punctual, easy to communicate with and super efficient. They sorted everything out professionally within the timeline. The finish quality is amazing, and the quote was affordable. Definitely saving their contact for future property works!

I spent time really thinking this through as I dont want to ruin someone’s business with my review but to help others not be victimised like myself, here is what happened to me. I had a problem with a leaky roof back in 2025. So i booked this company to have a look. They quoted me 3k for the job saying the plumbing is all wrong. They said that they even give me discount at this quote because the damage is big. Anyway, i booked them. So, the plumber (Peter) that quoted me wasnt the one who did the job. There were 2 young people who showed up and started doing the job. They cut the original pipes and created/connected another pipe. (Apologies i am not a plumber so i cant really describe it in professional language). This was not discussed with me prior to them showing up. They just told me when they already started and i have already paid the downpayment. They told me there was no choice. Had i known this, i would have not booked them and tried other plumbers. While cutting the original pipe, they didnt water proof/seal correctly the surrounding areas of the original pipe so the next time it rained, it created more problem of water leaking to the ceiling as the water leaked around the edges of the original pipe they cut. Instead of having 1 problem to fix, they created more problem for me. The new pipe they attach also is not the same color as the old pipe. I dont know why they couldnt just pick the correct color when they saw the pipes during the quote visit… they had to come back 3 different times to fix the problem with the old pipe they cut. Honestly, i felt like i was begging every time i called them to fix this issue they created themselves. My whole ceiling looked worse than before from all the water leaked that happened from them cutting the old pipe and not sealing it properly. Pls stay away from this company if you want to not spend your hard earn money on a job that created more problems than solution!

We had a roof leak and needed some urgent repairs. We rang a number of plumbers and they either didn't answer or return our calls back. This company was prompt, returned calls and overall very professional and helpful and great communication. After we received the quote which was very reasonable for the work, they were able to slot us in the next day before the rain was due. Hamza was fantastic, very helpful, friendly and took the time to show the issues and explain everything. Would highly recommend recommend this company and Hamza ! We have some more roof work planned for later and will definitely request Hamza for the work

Kristian & Adam were absolutely fantastic. They took on a very difficult roof leak inbetween the second and third story of my property which was under the outside decking! Kristian went above and beyond with the job and has gone out of his way to fix up the decking, stain it and come back and check on the work and staining and even noticed the bbq sink needed some work and to help out with that no extra charge! I would highly recommended these guys for your next plumbing jobs!

Two lovely young gentleman kristian and Angus helped us clear our blocked drain today! Found our issue, got our drain flowing and kept us in the loop the entire process even after being the cheapest solution we managed to find on a Saturday! These guys were excellent giving a new meaning to you get what you pay for! Won’t use any other service going forward!!!

I can’t recommend Angus enough. He’s incredibly professional, super friendly, and genuinely takes pride in his work. Every step of the job was done with care, and he made sure I understood what was happening without any stress or confusion. He’s honest, efficient, and really knows his stuff — you can tell you’re in good hands straight away. If you want a plumber who actually delivers quality and doesn’t overcomplicate things, Angus is the one to call.

I recently had some plumbing work done by Angus and I couldn’t be happier with the result. He was professional, reliable, and genuinely great to deal with. He explained everything clearly, arrived on time, and made sure the job was done properly without cutting corners.
