24 Hour Melbourne Plumber

I spent time really thinking this through as I dont want to ruin someone’s business with my review but to help others not be victimised like myself, here is what happened to me. I had a problem with a leaky roof back in 2025. So i booked this company to have a look. They quoted me 3k for the job saying the plumbing is all wrong. They said that they even give me discount at this quote because the damage is big. Anyway, i booked them. So, the plumber (Peter) that quoted me wasnt the one who did the job. There were 2 young people who showed up and started doing the job. They cut the original pipes and created/connected another pipe. (Apologies i am not a plumber so i cant really describe it in professional language). This was not discussed with me prior to them showing up. They just told me when they already started and i have already paid the downpayment. They told me there was no choice. Had i known this, i would have not booked them and tried other plumbers. While cutting the original pipe, they didnt water proof/seal correctly the surrounding areas of the original pipe so the next time it rained, it created more problem of water leaking to the ceiling as the water leaked around the edges of the original pipe they cut. Instead of having 1 problem to fix, they created more problem for me. The new pipe they attach also is not the same color as the old pipe. I dont know why they couldnt just pick the correct color when they saw the pipes during the quote visit… they had to come back 3 different times to fix the problem with the old pipe they cut. Honestly, i felt like i was begging every time i called them to fix this issue they created themselves. My whole ceiling looked worse than before from all the water leaked that happened from them cutting the old pipe and not sealing it properly. Pls stay away from this company if you want to not spend your hard earn money on a job that created more problems than solution!

!!!!BEWARE!!! The most concerning part of this experience wasn’t even the workmanship — it was the way they communicate with customers. I dealt with Dean, who I understand is the owner, and was met with immediate aggression. I was constantly interrupted, spoken over, and dealt with in a dismissive, confrontational tone. There was zero professionalism and no interest in actually listening or resolving the issue. – On a lighter note, the receptionist was lovely and helpful. Beyond that, the quality of work doesn’t hold up. After a previous repair, another leak occurred. I had two independent roof plumbers inspect it — both, without hesitation, called out the workmanship as substandard. It feels like they rely on a rotating group of contractors with little consistency or accountability. Between the poor communication and questionable workmanship, I wouldn’t go near them again. Look elsewhere!

We had a roof leak and needed some urgent repairs. We rang a number of plumbers and they either didn't answer or return our calls back. This company was prompt, returned calls and overall very professional and helpful and great communication. After we received the quote which was very reasonable for the work, they were able to slot us in the next day before the rain was due. Hamza was fantastic, very helpful, friendly and took the time to show the issues and explain everything. Would highly recommend recommend this company and Hamza ! We have some more roof work planned for later and will definitely request Hamza for the work

Kristian & Adam were absolutely fantastic. They took on a very difficult roof leak inbetween the second and third story of my property which was under the outside decking! Kristian went above and beyond with the job and has gone out of his way to fix up the decking, stain it and come back and check on the work and staining and even noticed the bbq sink needed some work and to help out with that no extra charge! I would highly recommended these guys for your next plumbing jobs!

Two lovely young gentleman kristian and Angus helped us clear our blocked drain today! Found our issue, got our drain flowing and kept us in the loop the entire process even after being the cheapest solution we managed to find on a Saturday! These guys were excellent giving a new meaning to you get what you pay for! Won’t use any other service going forward!!!
