Melbourne 24 Hour Plumbing

Ali came through today to fix a leaking tap. He was very professional and quick, but most importantly he was transparent with exactly what he was doing and why he was doing it. He explained the cost of everything he was doing and at no point did I feel like I was being ripped off. His services were cheaper than any other plumber i've had in Melbourne and fixed my problem compltely. Absolute legend.

What can I say, this dude is a fraud. Seemingly the older gent, called Don would be expected to treat others with respect but stay clear of him. He is a dishonest rip off merchant. Without going into detail, I can only recommend you look for a plumber with good reviews on google or better yet through word of mouth.

Don responded to my message within minutes and was on-site within half an hour (late Sunday afternoon). Split pipe under floor was fixed quickly with no mess. Great price, great service. Cannot recommend more highly..

Called Don at 10.30pm after water started spraying out from something under my bathroom sink and wouldn’t stop. He was over within 15 minutes and fixed everything calmly, quickly and efficiently. Afterwards I texted to ask him something about my tap and he called straight away and walked me through figuring out why it wasn’t working (i had turned something when trying to stop the water earlier). Not sure what his normal daytime rates are but in an emergency after hours the price seemed fine for peace of mind- just bc a job can be done/fixed quickly doesn’t mean it isn’t valuable. I personally thank God for professionals like Don who make themselves available after hours! Thanks Don!
