24Hour Melbourne Plumbers

Plumbing and gasfitting work across Melbourne sits at the centre of what customers describe, with reviewers repeatedly noting how quickly a crew can reach a property for burst pipes, leaks and faulty fixtures. Various customers describe jobs quoted and completed the same day, covering a flooded bathroom overnight, a leaking laundry sink and a new shower head installation. Named staff including Harry, Dean, Christian and Michael are singled out for being informative, polite and efficient, and for explaining faults before starting work.

An observation shared by more than one reviewer is the transparency around costs, with pricing called fair and reasonable and communication clear from the first call through to completion. Reviewers also mention that deeper problems uncovered on site, such as an issue behind a minor fault, were identified and repaired during the same visit rather than deferred. Tidiness and honest opinions are noted alongside the speed, and the team's handling of both urgent call-outs and larger construction plumbing projects is described as consistent. Gasfitting and roofing tasks also feature among the work undertaken.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Couldn’t recommend Sam from 24 Hour Melbourne Plumbers highly enough! From the moment he arrived, he was professional, honest and extremely knowledgeable. We had a serious blockage caused by tree roots growing through our drains. Sam quickly identified the problem, cleared the blockage and carried out the excavation in our backyard to properly remove the roots and repair the issue. He took the time to explain everything along the way and made sure the problem was completely resolved rather than just providing a temporary fix. The entire job was handled so professionally from start to finish. Sam was reliable, efficient, respectful of our property and left everything clean and tidy once the work was completed. It’s hard to find tradespeople you can genuinely trust, but Sam was absolutely fantastic. We’ll definitely be using 24 Hour Melbourne Plumbers again and recommending Sam to family and friends. Exceptional service and a job done properly!

I’m all for supporting local businesses around Lalor and Thomastown. A few years ago, they helped fix my roof at a fair price and did a great job. Recently, I had a bathroom issue and the technician was polite and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem well and recommended a long-term solution costing a few thousand dollars. While I understood that, I asked if a short-term, lower-cost fix was possible as I needed some time to arrange funds. Unfortunately, they declined to offer a temporary option. I later had the issue temporarily fixed by someone else at a much lower cost, with the same understanding that it wouldn’t last. I appreciate quality permanent solutions, but a bit more flexibility and empathy would have gone a long way.

Couldn’t be happier with Kristian and his team each guy was as caring, polite and very hard working promptly identifying and repairing our issue! Thanks team!

Exceptional service, fast, efficient, professional & fairly priced! Very pleased with the service provided! Thank you 24 hour Melbourne plumbers

Harry is so informative, polite, and helpful. He came for a emergency call out to fix a leak I couldn’t of asked for the job to be done any better and more efficient round of a applause for him.
