Adam was really responsive and knowledgeable and fixed the initial problem really quickly. However, the invoice was not separated out correctly for the insurance claim and I'm now unable to receive insurance until Adam redoes the invoice. Adam, please get in touch so we can get this sorted.

When another plumber cancelled and I had an electrician coming to replace my gas cooktop with an induction cooktop, I was in a jam. But after calling Adam, I had a gas plumber on-site in under two hours! The plumber was neat with his work and took away my old appliance.
