Tony is a ripping bloke - very conscientious, honest and genuinely nice. Was at my house for about 3 hours for a repair. Would highly recommend him to anyone.

I contacted Tony early this morning and left a message for an urgent gas hot water system problem. He promptly responded by SMS and advised of his availability. Even though it ended up being just a minor problem, I would highly recommend Tony for any plumbing concerns. Great communication, friendly attitude and very professional!

Hot water failed on Easter Monday and was advised by Tony how to troubleshoot first. He also explained the one I had was old and the systems available, but was frank that the one he could replace it with that day was not a good system and may not last. Instead he recommended the best one that would last even though costs was similar but it was not available until the next day. Thankfully his troubleshooting advice somehow worked and the hot water is functioning again. My regular plumber was closed for holidays so am really happy to have found an honest plumber available for emergencies and who genuinely hoped his advice worked (as I was conned and overcharged 3 years ago to replace my system with this old one but Metropolitan Plumbing (which I later found was featured on A Current Affair) refused to connect it claiming there was a gas leak when there wasn’t one and quoted an exorbitant figure to fix it). Tony is responsive and fair in his quotes and I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again if I have any further plumbing issues.

After two failed DIY attempts which included multiple trips to Bunnings… I finally googled a plumber to fix our leaking ice maker. Thankfully I chose Tony as it was a late night & he arrived within 30 minutes. There are so many great things I want to mention about Tony. Communication was fantastic, He took time to explain every step of his service, making recommendations but also giving me options. Tony is not only passionate about his job, he is very friendly, skilled, honest and tidy. Our ice maker was fixed and he made it look easy. Best investment ever! If you need a plumber- call him now and don’t DIY like I tried, this will save you the time and headache!

Tony was a delight and super professional. I needed a late night call out and he was here on time, fixed my issue quickly (and actually ended up fixing a few other things while he was here). Will be calling him for plumbing from now on :)
