been a customer for 5 years service very good .This time rang about a blocked sink they said arrival would be between 11 and 1 pm.They got here at 3pm .used a plunger to unblock sink .He was here for 30seconds my fault but got charged $200 plus $20 GST. In my opinion That just Does not seem right used them many times but not anymore could have charged me a quote fee What a bargain. 220.00 for 30 seconds work .EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED. His next job was a few minutes from here .

We've used SAP&G for the last three jobs we've neded doing because they are so good - punctual, reliable, polite staff and best of all, charge very reasonably for the jobs they do. Hard to trust tradies normally but we've had no issues with them, in fact I've been so impressed I would recommend them to anyone I'm need of a good plumber.
