Sydney Plumbing and Drainage

Sydney Plumbing and Drainage, built around Marco and his crew, collects steady praise across the inner west and Ashfield, with his name and Zac's recurring throughout. Reviewers repeatedly highlight how orderly the process feels, from prompt replies to enquiries and carefully prepared quotes through to work booked without delay and costs agreed beforehand. The range of jobs described is wide: blockages cleared from drains and toilet pipes with a camera and jet blaster, taps restored to proper pressure and heat, burst shower lines repaired, sewer lines renewed, and a stormwater pit with strip drain fitted after an older setup failed.

A Rinnai hot water unit was also installed. Reliability and punctuality come through strongly, along with helpful guidance on other repairs worth tackling. Customers describe transparent costs, genuine dealings, patience with questions and tidy results, while a strata sewer project is noted as completed without fuss. The effort put into precise quoting and the willingness to explain what is needed before starting stand out as the traits that keep people returning and passing the details on.

Marco at Sydney Plumbing and Drainage and Zac who came to do the plumbing work at our home are great plumbers. They fixed the water pressure in our tap and restored heat to the tap as well as changing some pipes. They were reliable and gave us good advice on other jobs that needed to be done. Reliable and trustworthy.

Excellent and reliable service. They are truly a one-stop destination for plumbing needs. Fixed my blocked drain and a leaky tap perfectly. Transparent pricing and very friendly staff. Will definitely use them again!

Marco and his team were excellent. They put a lot of effort into providing a precise quote; very quick response time and great with communication; provided honest and helpful advice, fixed my kitchen tap issues promptly. Highly recommend!! Thank you Marco and Zac 😊 Simone

Marco was able to fix my leaking kitchen sink pipe within 3 hours of calling for a quote. The plumber who came out was nice, respectful and professional.

SPD has been very commmuniative throughout the whole process, from initial enquiry to quotation to the day they did my pipe repairs. Zac was very professional and fixed my pipe leakage very efficiently. He also made sure the workzone was cleaned up before he left. Price was also very fair and reasonable and overall it was a pleasant experience. Will definitely find them again when I need repairs!

The drainage service I received was below average. The technician was polite, but the work didn’t solve the problem long-term. I had to deal with the same blockage again shortly after. Not worth the cost in my opinion.

Outstanding Service Every time I’ve used Marco several times now and have also recommended him to friends — every single experience has been excellent. He’s always on time, his rates are very competitive, and the quality of his work is consistently top‑tier. It’s rare to find a tradesperson who combines reliability, fair pricing, and true craftsmanship, but he delivers all three without fail. Highly recommended for anyone wanting the job done right the first time.
