Sydney Side Plumbing & Leak Detection Pty Ltd

Leak detection and repair work is what Sydney Side Plumbing & Leak Detection is repeatedly engaged for across Sydney, and reviewers describe a consistently strong experience across emergency callouts and planned jobs. Several customers mention burst pipes inside brick walls, leaking mains, slow-draining bathroom pipes and leaking kitchen taps, and the team is praised for identifying, explaining and resolving each issue properly.

Promptness stands out, with accounts of same-day attendance and rapid response to urgent leaks. Mohamed, the owner, is named often, alongside his son Abdul, and reviewers repeatedly highlight their professionalism, friendliness and clear communication before and after the work. Tidiness is a recurring theme, with customers noting that areas were cleaned up, bricks were removed and replaced carefully, and even a wall and tree stump were dressed afterwards.

The quality of the finished result is described as excellent, and customers value the advice given on maintaining taps and on upgrading pipework. Fair pricing without surprises is another point that comes up often, as is the willingness to take on difficult jobs at short notice, including a water tank replacement and a lengthy leak chase. The willingness to explain each step and to leave the site spotless is what customers return for.

I recently had Sydney Side Plumbing come out to investigate a water leak after a few other plumbers were unable to locate the issue. Mohammed and his son Abdul attended the property and were able to pinpoint the leak within the first half an hour, which was extremely impressive given how difficult it had been for others to find. I was very happy with how professional, efficient, and knowledgeable they were throughout the entire process. They took the time to clearly explain what they were doing and how they located the leak, which gave me a lot of confidence in their work. They also made sure everything was cleaned up properly before leaving, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend their services to anyone needing reliable and accurate leak detection!
