Alan and Josh are brilliant - trustworthy, honest, decent and knowledgeable. I've used these guys a few times and they always sorted the issues with a minimum of fuss. In fact, when you make contact, if you take the time to actually describe the problem to Alan and send a few photos to confirm, he can usually give you a price fairly quickly so you know what you're up for (depending on complexity, if course). That's been my experience both times. Highly recommended.

He provided great advice and booked me in for the next day. Very informative and spent the time to troubleshooting on the phone which ended up working and no need for the booked visit!
