Bayside Plumbing Melbourne

Emergency plumbing, gas line faults, burst pipes and hot water breakdowns dominate the work described, with Alan the name appearing most often, frequently alongside Leigh and Josh. A handful of customers describe the same pattern of a rapid response followed by a clear explanation of the fault and what would be done about it.

More than one review highlights punctuality, honesty and a friendly manner, including a household left without gas whose leak was located and rectified within a day, and another where a leak beneath a concrete driveway was found using leak detection and repaired with limited damage. Pricing is described as fair and transparent on multiple occasions, with customers noting that photographs and a description often allowed a figure to be given before work began. Tidiness comes up as well, one household observing that the plumbers left the site cleaner than they found it.

Knowledge and advice recur, particularly a willingness to explain options rather than simply carry out repairs, and the same names are requested again for later jobs. Quick turnaround on short notice, including during holiday periods when other services did not respond, is a point that comes up often, and long-standing customers describe the team as trustworthy and dependable.

Alan and Josh are brilliant - trustworthy, honest, decent and knowledgeable. I've used these guys a few times and they always sorted the issues with a minimum of fuss. In fact, when you make contact, if you take the time to actually describe the problem to Alan and send a few photos to confirm, he can usually give you a price fairly quickly so you know what you're up for (depending on complexity, if course). That's been my experience both times. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience with Bayside Plumbing Melbourne. The team was on time, polite and clearly knew what they were doing. They diagnosed the issue quickly and fixed everything efficiently without any fuss. It’s rare to find tradespeople who are this honest and easy to work with. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience with Bayside, in particular the owner Lachlan who, despite being at an urgent job in the evening, still called me back straight away. He provided great advice and booked me in for the next day. Very informative and spent the time to troubleshooting on the phone which ended up working and no need for the booked visit! Other companies I called quoted up to $1,500! First class all the way. Don't skip giving Lachlan a call.

Alan and Josh you gentleman are one of a kind thank you from me and my family for coming out at short notice and fixing our hot water problem.
