All other companies defaulted to booking in a physical inspection (with associated call-out fees), despite the Hot Water unit very clearly needing to be completely replaced. Julian provided pricing over the phone, offered me multiple options and locked in a time to fix it on the spot. Julian replaced the unit within 24-hours and he was prompt and efficient.
