Melbourne Metro Plumbing Group

Households, landlords and body corporate committees around Melbourne have relied on this plumbing group for work ranging from leaking toilets and failed hot water units to underground water mains, roof leaks and blocked drainage. Customers repeatedly single out Ryan and James for arriving when they say they will, introducing themselves and explaining the options before any work starts.

An aspect raised across a number of reviews is the care taken with the property: floors and fittings are protected, muddy excavation sites are left tidy, and the clean-up afterwards is described as thorough. Several reviewers note that quotes for straightforward jobs are given over the phone rather than requiring a site visit first, and that the rates charged match the figures discussed, with no surprises added at invoicing.

The same names appear across accounts of hot water replacement, tap and mixer repairs, flexi hose leaks and diagnosis of stubborn faults that previous trades could not trace, including follow-up calls once the job was finished to confirm the result. Body corporate work across multi-unit buildings is described in similar terms, with communication maintained between visits and tenants kept informed. Persistence on a complicated underground repair carried out in wet, muddy conditions stands out as an example of the effort customers associate with the team.

Very good service from the plumber (James) who attended to maintenance at my rental apartment. Very polite, courteous and efficient - which was most appreciated.

A big shout out to Ryan and his team. As a member of a body corporate committee with 27 units I couldn’t speak highly enough of their professionalism, competence and courtesy. I would have no hesitation in recommending MMPG as a company that says what they mean and mean what they say.

The service from James was outstanding, courteous, cleaned up after the job was completed and all fixed no issues. Thanks for your service.

We had this group come out to change over a kitchen sink mixer tap today and they did a fantastic job. They were on time, cleaned up after they left, and managed to fit the tap even better than the previous plumber (other company). Now the tap handle doesn't hit the tiles and it's a lot more secure. Appreciate that these guys also provide a quote over text/phone and don't make you have them come out for a site visit first for a simple job. Would recommend these guys 😊 thanks so much.

Our Hot Water Heater broke down suddenly and MMPG helped us to replace with a new one quickly. They are reliable and professional. Will use their services again!

I couldn’t be happier with the service! From start to finish, the plumbers was professional, reliable, and incredibly easy to deal with. He arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and completed the job efficiently with great attention to detail. The pricing was very reasonable and transparent, no hidden surprises, just honest and fair rates. It’s such a relief to find a company who is not only skilled but also trustworthy and respectful of your home. I highly recommend his services to anyone needing quality plumbing work. I will definitely be using melbourne metro plumbing group again in the future! Naomi

I'm a tenant at a property that Ryan and his team attended to fix some blocked pipes. He leads an excellent, hard working and polite team! It's clear he's a great mentor to them and centres their development, which shines through in the quality of service they deliver.
