Your Pro Plumber - Blocked Drain & Emergency Plumber | Melbourne

Prompt, dependable service is the theme that runs through the feedback for this Carlton-based plumbing operation, with reviewers consistently highlighting how quickly jobs are completed and how straightforward the booking process proves to be. Dean is named repeatedly as an honest, patient operator who diagnoses faults correctly and fixes them on the spot, while Tom also receives warm mentions for arriving on schedule and dealing with blocked drains efficiently; both are described as friendly and willing to answer questions in full.

Customers repeatedly note that pricing is explained before work starts, with transparent quotes and no hidden costs, and several praise the advice offered on hot water system failures, including replacement options discussed in advance rather than pushed.

The scope of work reported spans blocked drain clearing, general plumbing repairs, hot water unit leaks and replacements, fixture installation during house renovations, and property maintenance ahead of a sale. A pasta bar owner who has engaged the team over several years describes consistently high skill levels and easy scheduling, while a home renovator notes that piping was brought up to standard and the timeline held. Tidiness and a stress-free manner are mentioned often, and the crew is credited with getting jobs done without fuss.

Tom was a legend. He arrived on time and fixed a blocked drain quickly. The price was fair and saved me from a massive over quote from another company. I would definitely use them again. Thank you

I called in the morning and Dean answered straight away. He arrived quickly, diagnosed the issue correctly, and fixed it on the spot at a very reasonable price. Before him, I had a few other plumbers come out – some charged high call-out fees just to attend, some couldn’t diagnose the issue, and others quoted unrealistic prices. He was different. He was honest, efficient, and transparent from the beginning. No hidden costs, no surprises – exactly what he quoted is what I paid. He came prepared and completed the job in the first visit. On top of that, he was friendly and easy to deal with. Highly recommended.

Had an emergency plumbing situation and Your Pro Plumber literally came within an hour. Tom was great to chat to and was super clear and concise with what the issue was and how he could fix it. Would highly recommend!

hi, we own a busy pasta bar, and i have used these guys a lot over the years. they always fix the issue efficiently and quickly, with high skill level, and are very easy to organise appointments with, cannot recommend enough

I called Your Pro Plumber when requiring several services to prepare my property in Moonee Ponds for sale. Tom came in a friendly and helpful manner and repaired all the issues as requested. He was helpful in clearly explaining the costs and work that needed to be done before starting and was efficient in getting the jobs done. Glad they were recommended to me from a neighbour and would recommend to others.

I’m so glad I found Your Pro Plumber after hours when I had an emergency with sewerage at a property I manage in Beveridge. The team were incredibly helpful, honest and genuinely went above and beyond to figure out the issue in the most cost effective way possible for me. They ended up going out first thing in the morning and got everything fixed up for our tenant. She called me after so happy and said Tom was really lovely. It’s not often I find a trade like this. I’m really looking forward to a strong working relationship for many years to come.

From the first call to the final checkout, everything was seamless. The plumber arrived right on time, was friendly and explained what needed to be done. I was impressed by how professional and efficient the whole crew was, and they completed the blocked drain service quickly and without any hassle. Their helpful attitude made the experience stress‑free and I would definitely call them again for any plumbing maintenance or emergency plumber needs.
