From quote to project completion Jayme and his team were quick, professional and very understanding when there were a few unexpected delays. They were also super helpful in helping us move some equipment when we needed the help and this gesture of kindness truly leaves a lasting impression. I first had these guys install a toilet through Bunnings and was very happy with the job done by Jayme. He was very helpful and turned up on time. Since then I've used them for other jobs. Great service, turns up on time and a really good professional job. Not only is Jayme good at he's job he would be the most politest and well mannered trainee in the state. And the prices are great. I've had them 3 times now and would use them again. This is old school family business quality. Highly recommend.

I had my shower retiled by the above company. 4 months later we found the walls on both sides of the shower were damp, in the adjacent walk in robe, the clothes were starting to mould and the carpet here and the bedroom were also damp. The reason for this was that the taps in the shower had not been sealed properly at the time of the tiling. On return, Jayme did not diagnose the problem, he had caulked the shower surroundings thinking that would solve it. Fortunately, it has been covered by insurance after a gap payment of a thousand dollars!
