Adelaide Exclusive Plumbing & Gas

Gas fitting work, hot water system replacement and leak detection recur throughout the feedback for this Adelaide operator. A number of reviews mention that jobs are completed quickly and correctly, with a leaking pipe, a failed gas hot water heater and a dripping tap all resolved on the day the team attended. A strong theme is the effort taken to find a lasting fix rather than a temporary patch, whether that means sourcing a tank and pump to complement a studio build or running new gas and water connections to a structure under construction.

A handful of customers describe the crew as polite, well mannered and respectful, and Jayme, Dion, Chris and Ash are named individually for their professionalism and helpfulness. Communication before and after the work is singled out often, with customers noting that queries are answered promptly and that unexpected delays are handled with understanding.

Tidiness and care on site are also praised, particularly around the water storage installation. Pricing is described as fair and reasonable, and the same households return for further plumbing, drainage and bathroom work, describing the advice given as knowledgeable and the standards consistently high. Repeat business and referrals to family and friends come up frequently, with one household now using the team for all of its plumbing needs.

From quote to project completion Jayme and his team were quick, professional and very understanding when there were a few unexpected delays. They were also super helpful in helping us move some equipment when we needed the help and this gesture of kindness truly leaves a lasting impression. This is the second time we've worked together, highly recommend and we'll only be using their services moving forward.

I would highly recommend Adelaide Exclusive Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. Professional, skilled, reliable, and reasonably priced, they completed a wide range of plumbing work throughout my renovation, and the quality of their workmanship was outstanding. Great service from start to finish. If you’re looking for a plumber, look no further!

Jayme was extremely helpful and prompt. We had a gas leak and he arrived within hours. He was professional, thorough, and polite. We would definitely use his services again.

Highly recommend Adelaide Exclusive Plumbing & Gas. They are always professional, reliable, and extremely easy to deal with. Every time I’ve used them, they’ve worked hard to find the best solution to the problem rather than just a quick fix. They work quick, turn up when they say they will, and the quality of work is excellent. I now use them for all of my plumbing issues and have recommended them to my family and friends as well. Great service every time.

We have just completed our 2nd bathroom reno with Jayme and his team. In only 3 weeks we now have an amazing ensuite to enjoy. Everything went to plan and all work was professional and of high quality again. Highly recommended 😁

I first had these guys install a toilet through Bunnings and was very happy with the job done by Jayme. He was very helpful and turned up on time. Since then I've used them for other jobs. Great service, turns up on time and a really good professional job. Not only is Jayme good at he's job he would be the most politest and well mannered trainee in the state. And the prices are great. I've had them 3 times now and would use them again. This is old school family business quality. Highly recommend.

I had my shower retiled by the above company. 4 months later we found the walls on both sides of the shower were damp, in the adjacent walk in robe, the clothes were starting to mould and the carpet here and the bedroom were also damp. The reason for this was that the taps in the shower had not been sealed properly at the time of the tiling. On return, Jayme did not diagnose the problem, he had caulked the shower surroundings thinking that would solve it. Fortunately, it has been covered by insurance after a gap payment of a thousand dollars!
