We are very happy with the work Taz has done at our house. It was quite difficult fitting in the stormwater pipes where we wanted them but he did it. Taz even bought top soil and filled in the uneven areas on our front lawn. We highly recommend Taz and Silver Drains for quality affordable plumbing work.

We had Max from SilverWater Plumbing come out to replace a faulty Tempering Valve. He explains everything that he was going to do, confirmed that the problem that we were experiencing and provided us with sound advice for a future hot water system replacement when the time comes (our current system is 17 years old). Max was punctual and had very good communication skills. He showed us the broken parts, took photos of problem areas under our house and gave us clear written options for us to choose before proceeding.

Umut was friendly, informative and did a good job, and helped us to work through some unexpected issues. Had a leaking dishwasher and he walked us through the problem (previous owner didn't install it correctly) and also helped install a new mixer and shower head while he was there, both of which have absolutely changed our lives. I did have some grievances with the fee but they contacted me directly and offered a refund which I really appreciated. Overall the price is higher than your usual tradie but you get a highly polished service and confidence that they'll do a good job.
