Grade A Plumbing Melbourne

Grade A Plumbing Melbourne earns consistent praise from customers for responsive service and a capable approach to jobs ranging from toilet and bidet installations to leaking pipes and slow-draining fixtures. Many accounts describe quick, hassle-free bookings, with same-day attendance and calls ahead when an earlier arrival suited the household. Jeremy and Jake are named for patiently working through seized fixings and removing an old toilet seat without unnecessary extra cost, while Daniel and Jacob feature in descriptions of copper vent pipe installation and the replacement of a worn tap cartridge.

One thing mentioned again and again is the clarity with which the work was explained before and after completion, alongside quotations and a written estimate that customers found transparent and reasonable. Tidiness is a recurring theme, with bathrooms, kitchens and surrounding areas left clean and everything tested before the plumber left. The jobs described include toilet replacement, tap washer and leaking tap repairs, kitchen sink pipework, basin leaks and slow-draining sinks across homes and office bathrooms. Customers also characterise the team as friendly, efficient and easy to communicate with, and one office job is noted for causing minimal disruption to the business.

A blocked kitchen sink drain and a worn tap washer both needed attention,so getting them sorted in one visit was ideal. The plumber arrived right at the beginning of the scheduled service window, which we really appreciated. He was courteous, efficient, and completed both repairs without unnecessary delays. The final charge matched the estimate exactly, with no surprise fees or additional costs. The whole experience was professional, straightforward, and reasonably priced. We'd definitely call again for any future plumbing needs.

Overpriced, invoice didn't match the work done, and misleading business listings I had a pretty bad experience with Grade A Plumbing. Jamil did what looked like a solid job on the toilet cistern remount, but he was unclear about cost upfront, and the invoice itself doesn't match what actually happened — it lists the faucet as "repaired" and "tested," but we only got a quote for that part, it was never actually fixed. When the final bill came it was significantly more than expected — $405 for what was really a straightforward job that took him well under an hour. When we tried to follow up with Andy, who organised the job with us, there was complete radio silence. It feels like we were charged for work that wasn't done and then ignored when we raised it. I'd also note this business appears to have multiple separate Google listings (Grade A Plumbing St Kilda, Grade A Plumbing Melbourne) for what looks like the same operation — worth keeping in mind when comparing reviews across listings.

After receiving an overpriced quote elsewhere for bathroom drain venting,we decided to contact Grade A Plumbing Melbourne for a second opinion, and we're glad we did.Andy arranged a detailed written estimate quickly, and it was both transparent and far more reasonable than the previous one.On the scheduled day,Daniel and the plumbers arrived on time, completed the new copper vent pipe installation with impressive efficiency, and left everything neat and tidy. When the final inspection required a couple of small adjustments, they returned promptly to complete them at no extra charge. From the responsive communication to the quality workmanship and honest pricing,Grade A Plumbing delivered an outstanding experience that we'd happily recommend.

That constant drip from our kitchen tap had become impossible to ignore, and after deciding not to risk damaging it ourselves, we contacted Grade A Plumbing Melbourne. Booking was quick and hassle-free, and Jacob even called on the day to see if an earlier arrival would suit us. After inspecting the tap, he quickly identified a worn internal cartridge that had deteriorated over time. Using a spare tap we already had, he carefully swapped the components and had everything working perfectly again. His friendly attitude, clear communication, and attention to detail made what could have been a frustrating repair completely stress-free. We'd happily call them again for any future kitchen plumbing repairs.

I contacted Grade A Plumbing Melbourne to install a bidet and replace the existing toilet seat, and they arranged a same-day visit.Jeremy explained that the seized fixings might require the toilet to be removed, but he took the time to work through the problem and successfully removed the old seat without any unnecessary extra work or cost. The bidet was installed perfectly, everything was tested before he left, and the service was friendly and professional. I'd happily use Grade A Plumbing Melbourne again.
